These terms are an agreement between you and AFThe Labs ("we", "us"), the company that makes Dimitri, about your use of the Dimitri website and chat (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use Dimitri
You must be at least 18 years old.
The service
Dimitri is a free AI chat supported by ads. Each message is answered by an AI model we choose. We may change the models, features, limits and ads at any time, and the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued without notice.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or offensive. They aren't professional advice. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, safety or other important decisions without checking with a qualified person. You're responsible for how you use the answers.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dimitri to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- create sexual content involving minors, or harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
- create malware, plan violence, or get help with weapons capable of mass harm;
- deceive people, including impersonating others, fraud or spam;
- access the service by automated means (bots, scrapers or scripts), get around usage limits or security checks, or resell or offer the service to others;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer it;
- break the usage policies of the AI providers that power the service.
We may decline messages that our safety checks flag, and we may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages you send. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our service providers, as described in the privacy policy, so we can run and improve the service.
Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the answers you receive for any lawful purpose. Answers can be similar to answers other people receive. Don't send content you don't have the right to share, or other people's personal information without their permission.
Ads
The service shows ads, including from third-party ad networks such as Google. Ads are labeled, and advertisers have no influence over answers. We aren't responsible for advertisers' products, services or websites.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Our rights
The Dimitri name, website, software and design belong to AFThe Labs or its licensors. These terms only give you the right to use the service.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, if your use of the service or a breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Ending your use
You can stop using Dimitri at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or to protect the service or other people.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant, we'll note it on the site. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
